Can't remember the schools I picked when I applied to take the OAT

Hello,

I just took the OAT today, but can't remember which schools I picked to send my score reports (when I applied the form asked me which schools I wanted to send test scores to. I hoping if anyone could tell me where I can find this information. I don't want to spend $250+ to send my scores since we get 5 free score reports.
