I'm a junior in college, originally a premed student but now I'm think of doing optometry instead. Is it too late? I've done my research, I know most of the premed classes and optometry classes are pretty similar and my gpa is 3.4 (is that good?), I have volunteering experience, I've got research experience, I've only shadowed one optometrist but he's actually the reason I'm considering switching.
