PLEASE HELP- Are my stats realistic for Optometry school?

Hey guys! I just graduated my undergrad and am very interested in going into the optometry field. My stats are not where I would like it to be, but I would really like some input on whether or not this goal is feasible. I'm shooting for MCPHS (due to location and admission rate.) Another brief mention: I did awful my first semester, freshman year due to family issues and I had to retake 3 science courses to replace those grades... The replaced grades were very mediocre as well.
