ICO and NECO GPA calculations

Soo.. on ICO and NECO websites it states the prerequisites that are needed to apply. However, some include courses like english, psychology and a social science. I'm just wondering for the science mean GPA would they strictly only use science courses or would it also then include the english and psyc/social science classes ?

Whereas the overall GPA would be all courses taken in undergraduate?

Also on the website for NECO it says for 2020 the science mean GPA was a 3.1. Does that mean 3.1...
