Application Questions

Some questions:

1. Is applying December to early January "late", or "middle" of the cycle? How long is the wait for interviews assuming everything is in within that timeframe?

2. I heard once you take the OAT, the schools you chose can view your scores. But if your score is too low for this cycle, and you retake and apply for the first time next cycle, do you count as a re-applicant since you sent your 2 scores over 2 cycles?
