Housing near Salus University

Hi Everyone! I am planning on attending Salus University for the optometry program this Fall, and was wondering if anyone would have recommendations for the safest, student-friendly housing options close by? I am from Vancouver, Canada, so moving to Philly is going to be extremely new for me.
