Best time to submit application?

Hey everyone,

I started working on my application mid July, I already have all my transcripts and letter of recommendations in. I also finished my first draft of my personal statement and I answered all the supplementary questions. So I'd say I got through the application pretty quickly. When would you say is the best time for me to apply and submit my application? I was planning on spending all of August perfecting my write ups. I don't wanna rush it, but I also don't want to submit too...
